As the first to establish an RN-owned and operated medispa in Rockland County, New York, Christina has long been recognized as a pioneer in the field of aesthetic medicine. Her keen business sense and forward-thinking approach have paved the way for the growth of the medispa industry, setting new standards for excellence, integrity, and artistry in patient care.
Christina’s unique perspective on aesthetics is deeply rooted in her lifelong passion for the arts, theater, and music. Her dedication to continual growth has taken her across the globe — training in London, Barcelona, Paris, and Montreal — where she’s immersed herself in the most advanced and artistic approaches to facial rejuvenation. Christina is a lifelong learner, explorer, and educator, constantly evolving her techniques to remain at the forefront of aesthetic innovation.
A respected national trainer and speaker, Christina has served as a Speaker and Trainer for Galderma (makers of Dysport and Restylane) and as an ACE Injector and Trainer for Allergan. Her artistry and leadership have earned her top honors including Top 100 Aesthetic Injectors in the U.S., Top Nurse by Aesthetic Everything (2019), and Aesthetic Nurse of the Year (2020) by the My Face My Body Awards.
Beyond her professional success, Christina finds inspiration in her creative and family life. She is married to singer-songwriter and CEO of Peak Performing Arts Center, Lori Michaels and is the proud mother of two accomplished children — Massimo, an investment banker, and Nixida, a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (and don’t forget their dogs: Mimi, Milo, and Winky). Together, they divide their time between the U.S. and Spain, where they celebrate culture, creativity, and their shared love of fine food and family.

Sheila’s dedication to excellence has taken her around the world. Her global education ensures her clients receive the most current, artistic, and innovative techniques in aesthetic medicine.

Outside of the treatment room, Sheila enjoys a full and vibrant life with her husband of over 20 years, Ken May, their athletic and multitalented son, Connor, and their two beloved dogs. Meet Margaret Cullen Reardon, MSN, FNP-BC

Margaret Cullen Riordan is a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic provider known for her calm confidence, clinical mastery, and ability to deliver results that are both refined and naturally beautiful. With over two decades of experience in critical care and emergency medicine, Margaret brings exceptional precision, safety, and judgment to every treatment she performs.
Margaret earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dominican College, beginning her career in the ICU and ER at Sound Shore Medical Center in New Rochelle, followed by advanced clinical roles at Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara and Maui Memorial Medical Center in Hawaii. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing and FNP degreefrom Dominican College, where she also performed extensive clinical training in dermatology. Today, she gives back to the next generation of nurses as an adjunct professor at Rockland Community College, teaching clinical practice.
Her passion for aesthetics began more than a decade ago, inspired by a desire to blend medical expertise with artistry. Margaret has trained with world-renowned aesthetic visionary Dr. Arthur Swift and attended Swift Beauty, enhancing her knowledge of global facial anatomy, harmonization, and advanced injection techniques. She also brings a unique creative edge through her experience as a medical technician for television and film, advising on professional sets.

Michele Witel is an experienced aesthetic nurse injector known for her artistic eye, gentle technique, and dedication to creating soft, natural-looking enhancements. Since joining Venus & Venom in 2019, Michele has become a trusted provider whose blend of clinical skill and artistic intuition makes every client feel understood, valued, and beautifully refreshed.
Michele began her nursing journey at the Cochran School of Nursing, graduating with honors in 1998, and later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Felician University, where she achieved Dean’s List, Magna Cum Laude, and became a member of the Honor Society of Nursing.
Her commitment to excellence is evident through her extensive, ongoing advanced training. Michele has trained closely with Christina Sirera, FNP-BC, mastering the Venus & Venom signature techniques that prioritize harmony, balance, and artistry. She has trained with world-renowned aesthetic leader Dr. Arthur Swift at Swift Beauty, and continually seeks out national trainings and industry education to refine and elevate her technique year after year.

Alexis Rafferty, BSN, RN is a licensed aesthetician and Registered Nurse with a passion for precision, artistry, and patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dominican University of New York, graduating cum laude in May 2025, and brings nearly a decade of experience in aesthetics to her practice.
Alexis began her career after completing her training at Capri Cosmetology School in 2015, where she developed a strong foundation in skin health and advanced treatments. Her talent and dedication led her to Venus and Venom MediSpa, where she rapidly advanced and gained extensive hands-on experience assisting Expert injector Christina Sirera, MSN, FNP-BC, in the injection room—for the last 8 yrs! An opportunity that refined her technical skill and clinical judgment in medical aesthetics.
During nursing school, Alexis served as President of the Student Nurses Association, demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and a deep commitment to excellence. She has completed advanced aesthetic training with internationally recognized expert Dr. Arthur Swift and remains devoted to continuous education to stay at the forefront of the field.
